学校坚持开放办学，先后与美国、俄罗斯、加拿大、吉尔吉斯斯坦、韩国、意大利、马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国、蒙古国等国家高校建立联系，开展交流与合作。获批来华留学培养单位和省政府来华留学生奖学金培养单位，140多名来自俄罗斯、韩国、印度等20多个国家的留学生来校学习，培养了一批知华、友华、爱华的国际人才。
Adhering to the principle of open education, the University has established contacts with universities in the United States, Russia, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, Italy, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand,Mongolia and other countries, carried out exchanges and cooperation, and signed cooperation agreements. The University is approved training units and provincial government scholarship training units for international students in China. More than 140 students who are from more than 20 countries such as Russia, South Korea, India have been studying in the school. 汉语进修生、本科留学生（开设专业：计算机科学与技术、国际经济与贸易）
（二）授课语言
计算机科学与技术、国际经济与贸易专业采用英文授课；
汉语进修项目采用中文授课。
Ⅰ.Categories of Enrollment: Chinese Language Students, Bachelor's Degree Students（Majors：Computer Science and Technology, International Economics and Trade）.
Ⅱ.English shall be used as the language of instruction for the majors of Computer Science and Technology and International Economics and Trade.Chinese shall be adopted for the Chinese Language Program.
申请条件
Application Requirements
（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康，无犯罪记录；
（二）遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度；
（三）学习态度端正，成绩优秀；
（四）学历和年龄要求：
1.学士本科项目申请人，须具有高中毕业以上学历，年龄一般不超过23周岁；
2.汉语进修生项目申请人，须具有高中以上学历或同等学历，年龄一般不超过25周岁；
（五）语言要求
申请中文授课专业的，攻读学士学位者，中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。

Ⅴ.Language requirements
For applicants seeking to enroll in a Chinese-taught bachelor's degree program, the Chinese language proficiency should, in principle, meet at least at the level of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) Level 4.
