郑州招商· 臻境，由央企招商蛇口与郑州建中建设联袂开发。硬装出自集艾设计，软装由璞丽设计执笔，福玻斯担纲照明设计——在地下会所与社区架空层之间，为郑州高端人居写下一份夜的答卷。会所沉在地下，没有一扇窗；架空层浮在地面，向园林敞开。福玻斯用同一种暖，做两件事——在地下，让光替代天光；在地面，让光接住暮色。一场关于两层光的叙事，由此展开。
China Merchants · Flawless, Zhengzhou — jointly developed by China Merchants Shekou and Zhengzhou Jianzhong Construction, with interiors by G-ART, styling by PULI Design and lighting by PHOBOS: an answer written at night, across an underground clubhouse and the community stilt floor.The clubhouse sits underground without a single window; the stilt floor opens onto the gardens above. With one warmth, light does two things — standing in for daylight below, and catching the dusk at ground level. A story of two layers of light begins here.
地下天光
A Sky Below
推门而下，先见一片八角形的"天"。发光顶与环形灯带把大厅托亮——地下的第一眼，没有阴影。
An octagonal "sky" greets the descent — the glowing canopy and its ring of cove light lift the hall, leaving no shadow to the first glance.
迎之显影
First Welcome
端景墙自龛内透光，肌理浮起，艺术屏一寸寸显影——迎宾不靠亮，靠分寸。
Backlit from within its niche, the textures rise and the art screen surfaces inch by inch — a welcome measured not in brightness, but in restraint.
堂前之放
The Grand Lounge
挑高大堂是会所的"放"。壁灯如炬定住立面节奏，藻井收拢穹顶，一幅画在重点光里压住全场。
The double-height lounge is where light opens up — torch sconces set the rhythm of the walls, the cove gathers the vault, and one painting holds the room under accent light.
一席茶叙
Tea, Quietly
茶室收小音量。柔光贴着天花铺开，挂画在画灯下醒着——茶席之间，光只陪坐。
The tea room turns the volume down — soft light spreads along the ceiling, the painting stays awake under its beam, and light simply keeps the company.
廊引艺境
Gallery Passage
拱顶被两道灯带轻轻托起，画灯逐幅点亮，尽端的雕塑在背光屏前候场——廊道成了引路的画廊。
Twin coves lift the vault; picture lights wake each frame, and the sculpture waits before its glowing screen — a corridor turned gallery, leading the way.
书页之光
Among the Shelves
层板里藏着光，书脊一排排亮起来。翻页处，光刚好；抬头处，夜色刚好。
Light hides within the shelves, waking the spines row by row — bright enough to turn a page, dim enough to keep the night.
静室呼吸
Breath and Stillness
瑜伽室以一轮圆光定心。穹顶匀亮如月，柜龛的暖光收在两侧——身体舒展时，光不打扰。
A ring of light steadies the yoga room — its dome as even as a moon, warm niches held to the sides. As the body unfolds, light stays out of the way.
力之律动
In Training
健身房的光跟着节奏走：灯槽在顶面画出动线，金属网屏把光滤成细密的呼吸。
Light keeps pace here — coves trace the route overhead, and woven metal screens filter it into a finer breath.
场上有光
Game On
专业级球场藏在地下。折板天花把光铺得均匀，无影也无眩——起跳、出手，光都接得住。
A professional-grade court, hidden below — the folded ceiling lays light down even and glare-free. Every jump, every shot, the light keeps up.
邻里书房
The Neighbourhood Study
架空层的书房是邻里的客厅。书墙自层板透光，窗边一盏盏台灯，把庭院的夜色接进来。
The stilt-floor study is the neighbourhood's living room — shelves aglow from within, window-side lamps ushering the garden's night indoors.
童梦之光
For the Young
绘本角的拱龛亮着，滑梯落进一池海洋球。孩子的世界不需要重点照明，只需要柔软。
The story nook glows in its arch; the slide lands in a sea of soft balls. A child's world asks not for accent light — only for softness.
毛孩之家
The Pet Parlour
宠物间也有自己的灯：发光的猫狗标识、骨形层板的一线暖——细枝末节处，才见诚意。
Even the pet parlour keeps its own lights — glowing signs for dog and cat, a bone-shaped shelf's line of warmth. Sincerity lives in the smallest rooms.
邻里之宴
The Shared Table
共享餐厨里，一串吊灯压住长桌，柜下灯带托起操作台——一场邻里的宴，从光开始。
In the shared kitchen, a string of pendants anchors the long table while under-cabinet light lifts the counters — a neighbours' feast begins with light.
