河南中原金太阳技术有限公司党总支书记、执行董事石涛与上海交通大学郑州研究院执行院长李剑代表双方签署战略合作协议。

上海交通大学郑州研究院是由河南省人民政府、郑州市人民政府和上海交通大学共同建设的创新载体，是上海交通大学在河南省唯一的教育、科研、产学研合作总体牵头单位。研究院聚焦生物医药、人工智能、能源化工、新材料等前沿领域开展高端研发平台建设、成果转化及产业孵化，致力于为河南省创新创造、产业升级提供更加有力的支撑。

双方将围绕“源网荷储”零碳智慧能源领域，充分发挥各自在技术研发与市场转化方面的优势，通过联合项目申报、资源整合共享、共建研发平台、强化人才培育等形式，打通“技术研发—成果转化—产业应用”全链条，加速攻克新能源领域关键技术瓶颈，提升产业效益，推动科技创新与产业升级深度融合。

此次合作是中原金太阳积极链接高端科研资源、提升技术创新核心竞争力的关键举措，也是郑州研究院服务区域产业发展、加速科技成果转化的重要实践。双方将以本次签约为新起点，建立常态化合作机制，持续拓展合作深度与广度，共同推动合作早日结出硕果，为我国新能源产业高质量发展与绿色低碳转型贡献积极力量。

Zhongyuan Golden Sun Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Zhengzhou Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University

On the morning of January 11, Zhongyuan Golden Sun and the Zhengzhou Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Zhengzhou. Ding Kuiling, President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, witnessed the signing ceremony during his inspection visit to the Zhengzhou Institute. Zhang Wanbin, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Director of the Zhengzhou Institute, also attended the event.

Shi Tao, Party Secretary and Executive Director of Henan Zhongyuan Golden Sun Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Jian, Executive Dean of the Zhengzhou Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

The Zhengzhou Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is an innovative platform jointly established by the People’s Government of Henan Province, the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It serves as the university’s sole comprehensive coordinating entity in Henan for education, scientific research, and industry-academia collaboration. The institute focuses on frontier fields—including biomedicine, artificial intelligence, energy and chemical engineering, and new materials—building high-end R&D platforms, promoting technology transfer, and incubating industries to provide stronger support for innovation and industrial upgrading in Henan Province.

Under the agreement, both sides will collaborate in the zero-carbon smart energy sector—specifically the integrated “Generation-Grid-Load-Storage” (GGLS) system—leveraging their respective strengths in technology development and market-oriented transformation. Through joint project applications, resource sharing, co-building R&D platforms, and talent development, they aim to establish a seamless innovation chain from R&D to commercialization and industrial application. This will accelerate breakthroughs in key new energy technologies, enhance industrial efficiency, and deeply integrate scientific innovation with industrial advancement.

This partnership marks a key step for Zhongyuan Golden Sun in accessing high-end scientific resources and strengthening its core technological competitiveness, and represents an important initiative by the Zhengzhou Institute to serve regional industrial development and expedite technology transfer. Taking this signing as a new starting point, both parties will establish a regularized cooperation mechanism, continuously expand the depth and breadth of collaboration, and work together to deliver tangible outcomes—contributing actively to the high-quality development and green, low-carbon transition of China’s new energy industry.
